As I wrestle with the purpose for this blog, I ponder what it is I want to share with the “world.” In the past I have tended to journal – keeping my thoughts to myself but I want this blog to be a space to put ideas and projects out there to interact with others; which is not my natural inclination.

I know that this could be an “ideal” as there are many voices but maybe there is one person out there who has something to add to a conversation here or uses anything here as a catalyst to new thoughts.

The post is called, ‘Pushing the Envelope’ because that is what I find myself doing. How can an app or device be used purposefully  in ways that it wasn’t initially intended or stretching its use in different ways.

Hopefully this will stretch my thinking rather than creating “tunnel’ vision.
